Enlisted(志願者)

　I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies,foreign and domestic;that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same;that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders the officers appointed over me,according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military justice.

　So help me God.

　我は厳粛に(或いは宣言)、我が外国の、そして国内全ての敵に対し合衆国憲法を支援し、そして守ることを誓う;我は同様に、真実の信頼と忠誠を支えるだろうこと;軍の正義と規則の一致により、合衆国大統領と上位に任命された将校たちの命令に従うであろう。

　そのように神よ我を助け給え。

Officer(将校)

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies,foreign and domestic;that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same;that take this obligation freely,without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion;and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter.

　我は厳粛に(或いは宣言)、我が外国、そして国内全ての敵に対し合衆国憲法を支援し、そして守ることを誓う;我は同様に、真実の信頼と忠誠を支えるだろうこと;それはどんな精神の制限或いは目的の忌避も無く、喜んでこの義務をつかむ;そして我が正しく、そして誠実にその私が一員となる公職の任務を履行するであろうことを。

　そのように神よ我を助け給え。
